Senior year of college, my final capstone project focus was on, 'Wedding Cake Perceptions and Pricing'. I created five different styles of cakes ranging from super traditional, to a modern"naked" cake with fresh flowers, to a more contemporary geometric design. My goal was to ascertain which design style was the most well liked and in correlation with that, which style a potential customer would pay the most for.
